Amazing food, service and price. The service is really good from the beginning and throughout the night. The Malaysian & Indonesian fusion dishes we ordered were unexpectedly delicious and good. Roti was amazing and dessert was really good too. Best place we been to for this type of cuisine. I definitely recommend this place and we'll be coming back.

The restaurant is so pretty. I really like this. First food I ordered was Thai beef madtarbak. This was a perfect taste. And next dish was an English breakfast roti wrap. It was my first taste. Perfect banana bangkok toti was too hot at first but it was a sweet and delicious dessert. The chicken satay sauce was so delicious. Overall everything is delicious and good. But the portions feel a bit small. There were two of us and we ordered 4 plates. I ordered the coconut coffee and it was sweet and rich in flavor. I wanted another cup. The fruit juice was also fresh and delicious. Next time I want to come for a cocktail in the evening.

Funky cafe with great coffee and food options. Coffee can be made with many regular milk alternatives (almond / coconut / lactose free / oat / soy) if you like. Was pretty happy with the oat milk cappuccino! Also had a delicious Roti Bambu with chocolate filling. The atmosphere is pretty cool, definitely great for kooks or anyone with an artistic flair. Service was fast and friendly. Gonna bring my laptop next time to add an extra creative spark to my work!

Located close to broadway center, kafe kooks serves a variety of Malaysian dishes. We made a reservation on first table and tried their set menu which included unlimited rotis, a selection of curries, salad, and scallion pancakes. The staff were super friendly and took care of our dietary restrictions/allergies well. I personally loved their rotis and scallion pancakes. The salad was also very refreshing.

What I'm impressed the most as soon as I entered the restaurant is the SERVICE. 10/10 service, the waiter was so friendly, attentive and humorous. Lovely cozy atmosphere. I was amazed by the cover of their menu cause they look like comic books. The food was DELICIOUS. Me and my friend ordered the set menu $40 pp and it was absolutely worthy. The roti paratha was so crunchy and soft, we enjoyed it a lot. Some dish were salty but they balanced it out with roti. The tangy fish curry was unexpectedly AWESOME. Honorable mention to chicken satay, rojak salad, scallion pancake, cucumber relish and vegetable curry. Also, the toilet was nicely decorated and very clean so it was a PLUS PLUS. Will definitely be back!!

Made a delivery order thru uber eats, wide range of menu, high restaurant rating. Made a large order, almost $90... expecting good Malaysian/asian food. Looks good but only looks 2. Portion size vs price vs taste Roti bawang Portion size small, bawang (onion) suppose to balsamic caramelized, but end up tastless nothing, not sweet, no salt, cant taste the balsamic, the sambal was just raw chili paste nothing else. Beef rendang curry Need alot research on it..cant taste the kerisik or curry..just plain meat..gave only 1 small piece of roti for $19, not worth it Iced mocha Traditional ice coffee Drink taste diluted, i felt like drinking water.... Rationed amount of flavour ( coffee/ chocolate). Chocolate bambu roti Tastless and small portion size Mother & daughter madtarbak Chicken and egg murtabak suppose to be very basic and simple... but what i get was tastelss filling, no passion in making it and ofc the portion size was only half on it Grilled chicken salad Dry, stale chicken, tasteless pieces from satay (looks and taste like leftover or maybe cooked on mistake order) Overall the food was such a waste of money and time to enjoy, will give negative star if there is an option.Will not recommend to anyone about the restaurant Having a big wide menu where the quality of food is not that good, i know the term of cant satisfy everyone, but thats not how the food should taste like... and 4.9rating??
